ANND Properties Group assists business owners across Sydney and NSW with sale preparation, marketing, buyer enquiries and negotiations. Speak with our team about your business, available records and preferred timing.
How ANND can assist
Discuss the operation, financial records, lease position, assets, staffing and your objectives. Identify information that needs to be prepared before marketing.
Agree the appointment and marketing approach, organise accurate sale information and establish how confidential details will be released.
We manage enquiries, buyer qualification and negotiations, and coordinate the next steps with the parties and their advisers.
Prepare for your sale
You do not need every document ready for an initial discussion. Tell us about the business, its location and your preferred timing, and we can explain the preparation required.
Start with your lease, rent invoice, financial statements and BAS for the past two years, plus recent POS sales summaries. Staff and payroll records, operating expenses and any relevant licences help explain how the business operates. Tell us which records are available and which are still being prepared.
We agree how the opportunity will be presented and manage buyer qualification and information release. Discuss any restrictions on identifying the business, contacting staff or arranging inspections with us before marketing begins.
An appraisal considers the available trading records, lease position, assets and operation. Our online calculator provides an indicative starting point based on your inputs; it is not a formal valuation or a guaranteed sale price.
Our fees and process page explains the published fee structure and preparation requirements. Your signed agency agreement governs the engagement. Timing depends on preparation, buyer interest, due diligence and any required approvals; discuss your preferred timing with us at the outset.
Confidential discussion
Tell us what you are considering. We will respond directly, review any potential conflicts and explain the relevant next steps.
